Terms of Service – Tula Rasa

By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Please read them carefully. These are the rules of our house.

1. About Tula Rasa

Tula Rasa is a small, farm-based, human-run business.

Nothing here is automated. Every order, message, and service is attended to by a real person, with care and intention.

Tula Rasa is also an artistic, art-led brand. Creativity is central to our work, and we continue to experiment and evolve with labels, packaging, artwork, and presentation as part of our living practice.

Because of this, visual elements may change over time.

2. Orders & Processing

All products are prepared, packed, and dispatched by hand.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days within India.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, sourcing, festivals, or logistics beyond our control.
  • Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared where applicable.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Tula Rasa is not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been handed over.
  • Any address errors provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Product Appearance & Artistic Variation

As an art-based brand working with natural materials:

  • Labels, packaging, and artwork may vary or evolve over time.
  • Colour, texture, layout, and finish may differ slightly from images shown online.
  • Such variations are part of the artistic and handmade nature of Tula Rasa and do not qualify as defects or damage.

5. Returns & Damaged Items

We take great care while packing. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  • Returns are accepted ONLY if an unedited, continuous video of opening the sealed box is provided.
  • The video must clearly show actual product damage.
  • Claims without a proper opening video will not be considered.
  • Artistic or natural variations are not considered damage.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT available for the following:

  • Bach Flower Therapy Purchases
  • Tarot Readings
  • Zentangle sessions, workshops, or classes

These are personalised, energetic, experiential, or service-based offerings and are final once delivered or booked.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
  • Services and sessions cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.

8. Services Disclaimer

Tula Rasa offerings such as Bach Flower Remedies, Tarot, and Zentangle are intended for wellness, self-reflection, and creative exploration.

They are not medical treatments, and no diagnosis, cure, or guaranteed outcome is claimed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, illustrations, text, and branding associated with Tula Rasa are the intellectual property of Tula Rasa and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tula Rasa is not responsible for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Individual reactions or expectations
  • Courier delays or third-party service issues
  • Indirect or consequential losses

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
